The two combatants rose higher and higher into the sky. The older dragon had greater physical strength, but the younger was more agile and maneuverable. The dragons chased each other for several minutes. Each unleashed flames to scorch the other, but the older often missed; likewise, the younger dragon's flames didn't hurt his opponent more than a mild sunburn hurt a human. The tiger-dragon knew that getting in close would be certain death, unless his opponent was off guard. With a taunt in their language he dove into a thick cloud, his enraged opponent following.
