Of course; you're more than welcome to use as many NPC's as you wish- just however, be sure to keep into account what others have mentioned within their posts and such. For example, I wouldn't NPC a character from the Dionysus or Morpheus cabin, as there are only two campers in both of these cabins. Same with the cabins of the big three- because of the restriction, if there is no character within those cabins, assume that they are empty.

Also, yeah; you're the first person to mention the quest... I should probably explain how they work shouldn't I..? x'D
