A mysterious individual with long blue hair that stretched all the way down to his feet, stood out in an open space.near the outskirts of the District. It was as if, the man was waiting for someone special in particular. His hair covered his face while any sensor could sense that his spiritual pressure was abnormally low, even in comparison to that of a common spirit. He was so still, that someone could pass by him without noticing despite his long hair. [I]Why are they not here yet? I thought this was supposed to be the time when they would arrive? Maybe they're running late or something but I don't like to be kept waiting for very long. I guess I should've expected bad service when a hired Shinigami is on the job.
