[@Valor] At the very beginning, before a Universe has been created, all gods are at level 1. After the creation (which will take place in Turn 1), all gods will have used up all their Might and gone up to Level 2 due to the creation process.
Turn 1 and the Creation will be very much introductory, more an exercise in choreography between all of us, once that's done we can go crazy.
