Basically, to get to the nub of the matter, she can't be above Level 1 in either because you haven't spent any Might to make her better at those things.
Any inherent Detection abilities she has due to her Domain (Portfolio) are accounted for in her inherent powers, just like a god of Earth's power over Earth is accounted for in the fact that they are an Earth god - if that makes sense.
