"He doesn't coddle us, it'll be fine " Marcus said in an attempt to placate Rin's rambling with an amused expression.  He didn't miss the wink shot his way by Casper on the way out and the double thumbs up Chad offered from behind Rin's back.

Tess was sprawled out on one wing of her ship, jump suit unzipped with the arms tied around her waist. Lying on her back and letting her legs dangle she seemed to be listening to rather loud music one could hear coming out of her head phones. She was mouthing words and every once in awhile gesticulating in time with whatever song was playing while reading the diagnostic read out of her viper. Multitasking was a specialty of hers.
