Marcus shook his head. "I don't think so no, there's not really much he can do. Can't really go to a superior about this without admitting he threw the first punch. Witnesses can testify to that. And if he tries to mess with us on his own I think we're pretty capable of lookin after ourselves. You know, kinda." Tess yelped at the sudden contact, thinking at first it was someone trying to pull her off the viper. Her foot lashed out nearly hitting Richard in the face as she sat bolt up right. "You!? What are you doing down here? I almost kicked you in the face!" She laughed upon recognizing him, pulling out her headphones and shutting off her music. She had been wondering when she'd see him again, and the grin on her slightly engine grease stained face might've given that away but at the moment she didn't mind.
