Incorrect, sir! Kaathe doesn't need new weapons because they broke...okay, maybe they did break. I don't know what happened to them after the Kest. They're either destroyed or lost now. In any case, Kaathe had to discard them in order to continue fighting during the Kest event. I guess some dwarves just have a [i][b][u]short[/u][/b][/i] attention span as well.
