You can go to google and grab an image link that takes you straight to the image such as [url]http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/960/youare.jpg[/url]

Then you can save it and use tiny.com to upload it and get a IMG link there. Or you can just use the link above.

[img ]http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/960/youare.jpg [ /img]

Without spaces of course.
