With a deep breath Rune replied post haste to his king, "I agree with you wholeheartedly, your majesty" Turning his head he peered over at Jasper who was lying on the doctor's table being taken care of with the great expertise of the king's doctor. Prince Jasper looked so small and fragile on that table, unconscious and wounded; Rune couldn't help but feel guilt for the boy getting hurt, despite the King's comforting words. Out of respect, Rune looked back toward King Mitus when he spoke again, "King Mitus, you have entrusted me with protecting the Prince and the Princess, I believe in order to protect them both I must find a way to rid Princess Jemma of her curse, that would require her and I being gone for quite some time" Rune knelt down on one knee and bowed his head. "But I swear to you my king that I will find a way to free your daughter of the Fate that has befallen her, with your blessing of course" After receiving a fresh outfit from a kind older maid, Princess Jemma changed and went with her mother to the garden where all was peaceful, unlike that of inside the castle. In their home there were guards and maids scurrying everywhere. The maids had a large cleaning job to tend to and the guards had to calm down the handle of villagers who had rushed to the castle gates to see what was going on. The guards made up a lie about one of the court wizard's spells gone wrong, no one could know the truth about the princess. Meanwhile outside in the large and beautiful garden of the castle the queen walked with her young daughter, trying to comfort her. Jemma kept her head down, trying to hold in her tears and keep herself calm. She tried with all her might to block out the vision of her brother getting hurt by thinking of the wonderful place Rune talked about before. "Jemma, please look at me child" Her mother took Jemma's hand. "Your brother is going to be alright, Rune and your father have it under control." Although Jemma's mother was indeed frightened of what kind of power the young girl held and was worried about her son, the time was not then to show her true feelings. Princess Jemma looked up at her mother with a worried and questioning expression. "You really think Jasper will be okay, mother?" Queen Eileen feigned a smile and gently stroked her daughter's hair. "Of course, my dear, he and you both have the same strength as our King, your father" A little while passed and the queen suggested that they go inside and check on Jasper. She led her young one to the infirmary and stood outside of the infirmary, knocking lightly on the door.
