Everything looks pretty dandy, and as I mentioned over PM, the hidden bits of his bio are all a-okay to go. That was actually assumed that when they found at about what, 15-16, he was interrogated then evaluated and finally put through therapy and such while in the orphanage. It also likely continued through his conscription (see Syberus keep a slight military order  with the belief the strong survive while the weak die so Vellios is most comfortable with that scene. He can follow orders easily and with a person he likely learned to trusted, he is fully able.), but as you can see, not all his issues were fully solved since he's a bit of an addict and heavy alcohol drinker. I think I only gave a year or more between it but I don't want to extend it too much, else he is less likely to be on the 314 Relay Incident front.
