Instead of doing individual dice rolls, I'll just decide it for every group. A 6-sided die is used; 6 is the best possible outcome, 5 is still good, 4 is barely favorable, 3 is not very successful, 2 is failure and 1 is the absolute worst in can be. I trust you guys to interpret accordingly.
