Vellios might not mention it until some of us sit down to talk about where we're heading, which I'll leave the details of the NPC up to the GMS because honestly it's more fun that way and makes it interesting. All I need to know is basic bits that Vell would know to make the scene flow since they don't know each other as strongly as him and Serena but good enough. [@Rtron]'s Serena will likely know who he's talking about. XD
