[@Ciphra] Alright, the way contests are going to work is gonna be a little different than both the Anime or Games. Like the Anime, you need 5 Ribbons to participate in the Viore Grand Festival. However, there are very few towns/cities in Viore, leaving only six available contest halls in the region. With so few contest halls available, it would be hard to go by standard regulations for available contests, so each hall hosts contests once a month.

After one has received five ribbons, they must wait for the time of the Grand Festival, held one month after the Pokemon League Tournament, in Ultima City. The winner of this event will be named a Top Coordinator.
