[@Life in Stasis] Great plans require a little bit of endurance and at least half your players posted fairly fast, so you are doing something right, even if you have been out of the loop for a while.
Just bump up that interest check, be patient and let us continue. The only thing you can do wrong right now is giving up too soon.
