That means that we will use please and thank you as well as you are welcome. We will not interrupt each other for something trivial. We will ring the bell which is the rope outside of each door. I will write them up and discuss them at a meeting later on. 
Number two is that we will report to class on time. I will write up the class schedule today.
Number three is that we will take turns watching the hatchlings and working. I will write up the work schedule today as well.
Number four is that we will tolerate each other. We will be living in a community. It does not mean that we will always get along but we can always agree to disagree.
