Holding the collar of her leather jacket over her sensitive nose, Charlie wrinkled her face in disgust. The sights and sounds of the city above would be a welcome relief to the pungent odor of the sewer she was currently standing within. Normally an alligator in the sewers of Miami was nothing uncommon, however an alligator that could appear as a naked woman was something that had caught the attention of the two paranormal investigators. Despite appearing human, there was more to Jason and Charlotte than met the eye. Aside from hunting monsters, the two had at least one other thing in common, they were both the offspring of creatures collectively known as Hellions. Having only met Jason several weeks ago, Charlotte was still unsure about his heritage or even his abilities but despite a rough introduction the pair ended up working well together. Hell the Mavericks might even owe them after they returned Lilith to her slumber beneath their city. Charlotte muttered from behind her collar as she raised her hand to shield her eyes. "It's screwing with my nightvision." Hissing, she waded through the sewer water as she struggled to find a foreign scent between the heavy tones of stale water and human waste. "I'm going to gut Archie if this tip turns out to be a wild goose chase." She called to Jason referring to their mutual contact. Archibald Sheridan, was a journalism student the pair encountered during their romp through Larissa. Charlotte had dismissed him as something of a geek with a fetish for the occult but in the end the ginger had proven to be useful in re-sealing Lilith's tomb. Taking a deep breath, the Dhampyr nearly choked on the overwhelming stench of the sewer before pausing to point around a bend. "I got a scent. That way." She stated as her hand came to rest on the large revolver strapped firmly to her right thigh. The pair may not have been proper Venari but they made up for it.
