Rolls out some cracker pizza dough, a dough that is either grilled or baked for a crispy texture.  Receives an order for a bacon and ham pizza on a grilled cracker crust, he grills the dough for about a minute getting it bubbling on one side then flips it over.  He tosses on pancetta and apple wood smoked bacon first then prosciutto and iberian ham onto the pizza crust then some muenster and parmegiana romano cheese letting it melt slightly before calling out.
