As the waitress returns Tyler tops the burger with some shredded cheddar cheese.  He slaps down the buns for the burger to toast them on the flat top.  Several minutes pass and he adds some bacon to the burger then removes the buns and smears the top bun with aioli, layering pickles, lettuce, tomato then burger on the bottom bun.  He plates it all with some thick cut fries seasoned with a home made chili salt, leaving the top bun on the side for easy access for extra sauces on the burger.  He sends the burger through the window. "Order up!"
