I'm not sure if you know red, but there's a character sheet for this. Tbf, you've covered most of it, but you've missed a history and some other things. I'll just post it here for convenience.

History: (This can be as long or as short as you like, but at least give us some bare essential information. Think of it like a hero dossier/document/file bio type history I guess, or do what you find easiest)

Motivations: (A few key reasons that your character is a hero, is it power? Protection? Money? All of those things? Do they secretly want to bring the Hero Association down? What are their motivations for doing what they're doing? These will essentially be your own characters story arcs/plot points etc.)




Now, I'm fine with your character, the only thing I have a problem with is the power. Lightning is fine, and so is calling on animals to help, but I'm just not sure how they're related. What helps with OPM is that each character kind of has a gimmick. This is a world where Hero's are celebrities, so they kind of make their own brand in a way. Not all of them though tbf. But yeah, like, if you wanted to be able to turn into different animals and summon animals for aid, that'd be awesome. But I'm just not sure about pairing lightning with animals. If you really really want it, I'll let it go, but that's my two cents. Edit: Unless the lightning is coming from a gadget? if so that should be specified. Sorry if I'm coming off a little anal, but there's a point to it, trust me.
