Moves towards the back prep area with a plate of day old chocolate chip cookies. "We need these cubed." He breaks up a couple cookies and has a bite of one.  He heads back out to the grill area and receives an order for a large root beer float.  He prepares the ice cream in a shaker cup then fills it with an entire 32 ounce bottle of frostop root beer.  He blends it up on a machine while he waits for more orders to come in.
