I REALLY like the first one, myself. It's even got comparable speed/maneuverability to Max's current FRAME. It's deciding what weapon to get rid of that's hard, and whether two ECM suites (or an ECM suite and something else) is worth the trade... but then again, [i]JUMP JETS.[/i]
