Okay, here I go. I am not a writing expert at all , I am here to learn. So any reviews I make are from the point of view of a regular, everyday reader. I won't be judging structure or anything, I will be reviewing the stories as I read them.
The first thing I notice is that the beginning of some verses are capitalized, and others aren't. It's a very straightforward poem about a glorious leader whom is above all else. I love the line "To defy the great is to defy sanity." This makes me think of the modern Catholic Church, and how it feels to defy them.

I like this one. It seems to have a more religious vibe to it than the rest, with the Glorious Leader being godly in nature. It's certainly a twisted creation myth. I'm loving some of the descriptions, all making me feel like the Glorious Leader is the universe itself. It's quite humourus how crazy it gets in the end. But then again, the GLORIOUS LEADER makes us all do quite ridiculous things.

This seems almost like a tavern song. I can picture a bard singing the tale of the glorious King Han in a tavern somewhere off the map. It is made clear that King Han is a perfect leader, making everyone in the land happy. And yet immediately afterwards, we learn of a rebellion. Was the great King Han actually all that great? I like how ambiguous it is. I love how each line has a rhyme, keeping the flow going throughout the whole piece.

Nothing too surprising here. A futuristic take on the GLORIOUS LEADER. The only two things I had a problem with as a reader was that: 1. the Martian woman "fired shots wildly". This gave me the image of the Martian woman standing up and shooting her gun randomly around the room like a crazy person. We learn quickly that she actually shot with precision, shooting both Velko and Generals Stone and York. Just a small description that confused me. And 2. The ending confused me. I wasn't quite sure why it was John's fault, or why Tyler was smiling. Maybe it's just me.
Will read and review more later
