Could also be that that was the impression Tia and a lot of other people have that impression because at this point I imagine the big three are still expanding and seem to be everywhere, but 20 years was a long time ago, might be that those gangs weren't even that big back then, but honestly, it's not something any of us need to worry about and I would feel really bad if you had to go and edit out something that's really trivial in the grand scheme of things. If it's been that long since she's been back, then a lot of what Tia knows will be word of mouth anyways, so it kind of works out in that aspect.
