Your Cs overall looks good and I have no big issues with it, though I do find your second bad attribute to, well, not really be a bad attribute. At the very least it can certainly be used for good, given the chance. She certainly isn't at fault for having those skills, even if she did obtain them in less-than-moral means. I'd recommend you elaborate on what she often uses those skills for instead. Perhaps she has a tendency to burglarize people's homes, or she has a hard time getting close to others since she is used to using her charms to manipulate them rather than develop a meaningful bond with strangers. Just some recommendations, your CS is otherwise alright with me.
