Thinking of going for the Scavenging group, but as to what character exactly, I haven't got that ironed out yet.
Right...Well, for a Rank, there's either Scavenger, or the opportunity to be the Team Medic. Either way, we can only have one Medic, and the rest have to be Scavs. For a Role, think about their weaponry and body structure. A small, nimble man or woman could be known as a Runner, for their role and ability to make the daring dashes. That's the second most dangerous role within a team, the most being the Team Leader. For someone perhaps with a stronger build, they could act as a Guard. That role is assigned to those who might have a fast, and stronger, body type. Their kind of role is the Team Leader would set them to occasionally go with the Runner, or assist in any of the other Roles. Their job is incredibly suicidal as well, them usually being the Cannon-Fodder for the person they are guarding. Or there's the Spotter, usually someone with a pair of Binoculars or some sort of Rifle Scope, without the Rifle of course, and are usually spent staying near the Team Leader. They act as both a Guard and Reconnaissance task member, attempting to look out for danger. They usually don't get their job done properly, but it gives them something to do. Perhaps there could be the Packer, the name for those who usually carry, either in hand or in their bag, important or larger materials. They are usually strong, and have to be trusted with the Team Leader's designated material as a second role. There's also the Explorer, who are usually sent in pairs or threes down into lower compartments to check if the area is safe. They are sort of the Pointmen of the team, and would act as a Clearing out party for small rooms. The rarest Role, which has been taken up by an NPC, but I may allow someone to take it, is the Supporter. As the name suggests, their task is to only support the group, and usually only carry ammo and weaponry for themselves and others. They don't have the responsibility with important materials, however, and usually carry an L86A2, which is a British Light Support Rifle. I might not give this position away, but yeah...Their job is to literally set up overwatch positions that can suppress any incoming threats. The last role I'm not going to give out straight away unless someone asks me, then shows me their CS through PM, is the Marksman. A Mid-Ranged Designated Rifleman would be rare, due to the difficulty in finding the weapons. Most of the Marksmen Weapons are given to the Individual Group, however, and they aren't particularly safe. They pose as a huge target for Leapers, usually falling under their onslaught due to their time being alone up high. I hope this helps...It should also apply for everyone else, so take these roles into suggestion. If anyone has any Roles they want to suggest and add, ask me so I can confirm whether it is good enough.
