Name: Rodney Colton Smith
About 175cm tall, plus a few extra centimeters just for hair. He looks pretty cool with his funky glasses on, and he is, because he's a policeman in his normal work, and therefore stands for justice, the coolest thing there is. Without the glasses, he's just got blue eyes. Still pretty cool, but not as cool.
Soul Color: Yellow Bio: Rodney is a policeman. He's been a policeman for about ten years now, and was in the army for a couple of years before that. As a result, he's a pretty good shot with a gun, and a purveyor of justice for the world. He believes that with enough good people working together, it's completely possible to bring to justice anyone who deserves it, and so to bring peace to the world, and he's got it in his head that the best way to start that process is to cleanse his local area of crime. He's done a pretty good job lately... so good, in fact, that he's not had any crime to stop for a while, and has been considering moving his message of justice up to a wider region. As such, when offered by his town's Chief of Police an opportunity to explore the case of a missing dive team, he leapt to the call of justice, and took a beginner's course in scuba diving in order to be able to mostly follow wherever they went, and hopefully to be able to bring justice to whoever made them vanish. Relationships: Olivia - Dearly beloved wife; Samuel - Eldest son, 7 years of age; Horace and Daniel - Twin boys, 4 years of age; Rollin, Tomkins, Thompson, Winchester, and others - Fellow members of the force, dear friends; Other humans on diving trip - Newly met, raring to see how dedicated to justice they are. Skill: Sharpshooting - Aiming and firing a gun. This is an obvious give. Policeman - Aside from his sharpshooting, Rodney possesses most of the skills you might expect a policeman to have, most obviously a well-honed physique focused on strength and stamina. Fact Recall - Oddly specific knowledge about things that may or may not be relevant where they're going. Equipment: Wet suit and other diving equipment as standard; Harpoon gun with attached harpoon on 25m retractable wire, for underwater combat; SIG Sauer P226 MK25 and 3x ammunition clips for ground combat, sealed into a reusable plastic bag to prevent water damage; Yellow glasses, sealed into a different reusable plastic bag, just in case they're needed. Papyrus' fabled blue attack is purple. Obviously.

Name: Eeeeeeeeeeee (prefers the title "Mr.")
Everything inside and including the black pixels. Exactly like that. Yes, blockiness and all. He's mysterious like that.
Personality: Eeeeeeeeeeee is mysterious, for he doesn't talk to people much. This may have something to do with his being kind of a chattery jackass who's really bad at communicating. Bio: Eeeeeeeeeeee is a ghost, and has existed for a while. In fact, his first memories are of somebody berating him for screwing around with their stuff again, meaning that he doesn't know how long he's existed for before that, or even how he started existing. Maybe he used to be a monster who died and became a ghost, or maybe his soul spontaneously came into existence in the form of a ghost. What he does know is that he used to have a brother called Sloof... but then his brother disappeared without a trace, and he has no idea where he went. Indeed, a lot of the facets of life in the Underlake are inexplicably strange to him, and he has trouble handling day-to-day interactions with many of the monsters to the point of sometimes injuring them unintentionally; as he often claims regarding the topic and many others, "it is a mystery". Relations: Most monsters - Usually avoid him, given that he tends to be strange about communicating to the point of accidentally attacking conversation partners. Eyeclopsiel - He likes her eye, because it looks sort of similar to his kind of? Kind of, yeah. Ash Hare, System, other skeletal characters - He likes other ghosts. Skeletons are kind of like ghosts, right? Amarante Niluada - Tries to avoid her. Not because she's a bad person, of course, it's mostly because of her pet... Shadow - ...who's one of the few monsters in the Underlake who can touch Eeeeeeeeeeee. This is used for immense amounts of licking, which is something he dislikes. Sloof - Missing brother. Eeeeeeeeeeee misses him. Skill: it is a mystery Theme Music: Happy H. Christmas - DiGERATi Battle Music: Happy H. Christmas Remix, or Happy H. Christmas Symphonic Metal Remix when things get super cereal. Weapon: Talking too attack-ly. Armour: His own ghostly nature, which precludes damage from most sources. Fight: Random words and sentences rain down from all sides of the conversation partner, and Eeeeeeeeeeee usually doesn't even realise he's attacking them in that manner until they run off. He also sometimes possesses objects and throws them at people because he thinks they need the objects, occasionally as he continues talking. They usually don't need the objects. Also, whilst he almost never actually wants anybody dead, he does demonstrate an uncanny aptitude for Green magic in serious (or "super cereal", as he says) situations, letting him emit a wide burst of energy from his eyes that puts Souls into Shield Mode for extended periods of time, at which point he uses loud blasts of sound (i.e. shouted words) to attack them. Act: [*Check] we simply don't know (For reference's sake, he's got 5 ATK, the same as Napstablook, though that may or may not go up a bit during a Genocide fight with him to account for more health, depending on when he encounters a Genocidal human. You can't injure him, due to his being a ghost, and therefore can't win the fight by killing him.) [*[s]Teach[/s] Blep] You poke your tongue out at him. He enjoys returning the action. "blep blep blep" [*[s]Flirt[/s] Mlem] Your tongue flips out of your mouth embarassingly. He is amused. "mlem mlem ha ha" [*Inform] You ask him to stop attacking you. #1 - He isn't paying attention. #2 - He mistakes your request as you asking for those nearby objects over there. Y'know, those ones, right theeeere. #3 - He finally notices what he's doing, and shuts up for a moment. [*Teach] You coach him on how to talk without bursting everybody's eardrums. He appreciates the help. [*Flirt] You tell him his conversation skills are simply marvellous. He's quite surprised to hear this. Mercy: Eeeeeeeeeeee isn't actually aware he's attacking you, most of the time. Therefore, you have to tell him he's attacking you, but you have to make sure he notices by doing it three times. After that, "Blep" and "Mlem" will be replaced by "Teach" and "Flirt"; choose one of these to end the battle. Anything else will have him start blathering on again, and the battle will continue in the same manner as before. None of the above applies in a Genocide fight, where your only option is to block his attacks until he can't hold you any more, then run before he regathers his strength.
