Honestly.

As long as he keeps up his end of the bargain to do well and not shame himself during the games, she'll be fairly chill with it. She could care less about his skirt chasing since she has no love for him herself xD
I don't think he ever made a deal to serve her for eternity or something like that, either.

However...if he doesn't do well in the games...then she'll take something valuable of his as compensation.

Also, a verbal agreement is still basically considered a contract to them.
