Noreene looked over to Jacquelyn who did not know that the scarf went around her waist not the neck. 

"Let me help you. The scarf goes around the waist like so.... Now for your hair... a bit dry" Noreene turn and pulled out a box. A spray bottle of Rose Oil was used on Jacquelyn's hair and it was thoroughly brushed.
"Now for the hair clips. Slide these bangles on your wrists and this necklace over your head...."
She tossed the bottle back in the box and pulled out an old tambourine.
"Tell Viollca that I said that I'd help you tonight if there is time. But right now, I need to get Bessie ready to meet her In-Laws-To-Be. I will be her Maid of Honer as well......." Noreene said as she gave the tambourine to her.
