Kenta wasn't playing her <.< he always stated how he wanted to fight the strongest, he never stated how he liked her in that way, shown actions of it, or made a move on her. He even showed interest in Kurisa, it's not his fault Rio got wrapped up in her own little fantasy world when all Kenta wanted to do was train O.o and are you saying Kenta doesn't care about Rio's feeling?
