Kanaan nodded to the group, commenting how happy he was that they'd join him before begrudgingly paying the rest of mekkah's tab and dragging her out of the booth. The two started the journey of the other people, walking through the very rich and uppity town. Kanaan and mekkah stayed quiet until they where met with the large capital house on the center of town. The sides where made of ancient sandstone with unknown runes and markings on the sides, while the rest was made of granite. Amazing pillars before the large wooden entrance that opened to ceramics, silver objects and floors made of beautiful tiles. The first hall was great and large. As they alll entered, his gaurds closed the door behind them and Kanaan stopped. "Are you all enjoying yourselves here? I sure hope you are. You know, only a few years ago, this was nothing but desert...and a dungeon. Below you that same dungeon still remains, and only now is it starting trouble once more" He muttered turning to them with a tightened and stern face. "Let me tell you now, it took more than anything I had to defeated this ruin and then some, and now it's returning life to itself somehow, and the monsters are not happy with me for what I've done..." he continued, walking towards them. "I am older and less skilled than when I was young, but I fear for my people. The soldiers I've sent have not returned and I cannot risk any more, I need as many guards as I can get these days. That is where you all come in. A small group, trained on foot and used to adventure could help me in defeating the evil below and keep my kingdom safe again. Your reward is to keep anything you find down there, and there is plenty for you, I will tell you now"
