He’ll gradually lose power until he performs another badass feat. He is a world level Villain.
Detective Dynamo He is a Villain under the command of Mayor Sampson, and is the Captain on the Stars and Stripes team. The more kinetic energy he takes the stronger he becomes. He is a World level Villain.
He is an undead Vampire of the highest caliber, hailed as the Vampire King he wields unparalleled power among the monsters with certain exceptions being old gods and titans not seen in millions of years. As far as he is aware he is the strongest being among the monster world currently in existence. He is a tall well built man with long black straight hair and a moustache curling to his cheeks. His skin is a translucent whitish gray with crimson eyes, he has retractable fangs and nails and besides the sunlight is immune to anything that would afflict lesser vampires. But that isn’t much of a problem in his Romania as magic shields monsters who have troubles walking in the daylight even himself. Vlad like the Elder Breeds does not need to feed off blood constantly, although blood does increase his powers. Blood is like an alcohol and is usually a casual drink. Vampires can drain the blood through bites or by telekinesis literally funneling blood into a stream that floats in the air and into their mouths; victims become ghouls or other vampires if they in-turn receive the vampire's blood. Vlad is a Cosmic level being weaker than well known gods but still a cosmic being. As he his immortal. All Vampires possess immense physical and magical strength. Elder Breed Vampires. Unlike Vlad Elders do not appear to have white translucent gray skin, and instead appear more human. However their fangs and nails do not retract and their eyes are always a bright crimson. Elders must clip their nails to better blend with humans and wear contacts to hide their eyes. They are however affected by sunlight, crosses, holy water, and prayer. Garlic and wooden stakes only affects lesser vampires. Elder Breeds also are immortal like Vlad, but they can be killed as they are not invulnerable. Romania home of Vlad Tepes, and unofficial dictator of his Nation of supernatural creatures. Vampires, Werewolves, Gorgons et cetera. Vlad is a Dictator through sheer power alone in the hundreds of years he has existed he has never formally made a decree that subjugated his people, still many either fear or love him. He truly cares for his people and sometimes walks among them. Romania has the tightest immigration laws forcing pure blooded humans to wait twenty or more years to be accepted into his country while those of supernatural origin are welcomed within the year less if the situation demands it. Vlad is not a fan of this internet and cell phones as magic substitutes are safer to protect his people, but his Technomancers keep assuring him that they are safe from hackers and enemy surveillance. Romania enforces the laws of the colonies making sure Mythological beings are protected and can live as free a life as they can. Inside these colonies the laws of the country are null; unofficially of course and should the local government require compliance the colony cooperates as best they can as long as their own are not at stake. They do have their own procedures for their kind if they murder or cause major crimes, every colony has a secret police of plain clothes, their laws are strict if a situation cannot be resolved peacefully; lethal force is authorized. Some times normals go missing only to appear days later their minds wiped of the last few days other times they never return that is the fate of those who uncover their truths. The world governments allow these colonies to exist in accordance to international laws due to their fear of Vlad and the fact that he could easily start a new world war. He controls all of Romania a Sovereign nation unofficially, the world governments would never admit he exists. There are Monster, or Demi Human colonies as they prefer to be called in every major city, where Police Officers of their kind patrols and makes sure no one breaks any rules or outs themselves as monsters. While most people are sure magic exists mostly, monsters are still pretty rare and keep to themselves. Magic is very important to their survival, it allows monsters to masquerade as human to keep their homes and communities secret. Other monsters true ones that is can see past the veil of illusion, others like Witches, Mages and other magic users can also see beyond the veil placed to keep humans ignorant. There is also markets where you can buy rare goods, these markets in colonies appear as buildings or doors where nothing really exists. These places have faux addresses upon looking at the address you'll see random numbers although you will forget them completely upon recollection. Places like that are where you'll probably buy most of your rare ingredients.

There are different types of magic that each user typically will only master one type of magic. The Arcane stream is the standard people like Merlin, Mages, Sorcerers all tap into it. The Arcane Stream is the magic of Merlin and other sorcerers that can be molded into various effects. The Beyond is the amalgamation of an realm of arcane energy that grasps several dimensions. Dimensional Planes are connected by magical leylines. Merlin uses wards and magical locations to stop dimensional bleeding. - Gowi Shamans have spirit magics those that command or commune with nature and spirits. They'll form pacts with nature or bind them to their wills to wield the power of nature and the elements. Witchcraft focuses on potions, brews, talismans and all sorts of incantations spells and hexes. Beyond that are various other types of magics like Necromancy, Technomancy, Specific branches and whatnot. There are those with powers that mimic magic, and those all in between. Mostly as long as they don't change the basic principles like Necromancy controls the dead to say instead it allows one to control minds then I won't bother and consider it an alternate form of magic.

She appears as a woman in her mid twenties and is fairly tall and slim at 5’10”. Her bust is slightly on the large side and her hips are more slim than curvy. She has black hair and a beauty mark just above her right breast. Her eyes are usually seen as a jade although she may change them as she pleases. Merlin may be a cosmic level being but her power doesn’t reach into the realm of gods at least without the help of artifacts and grimoires. Without them she is world class, although still powerful. She is also adept at physical combat wielding a staff equipped with a bayonet on the end. She has artifacts making her one of if not the strongest Sorceress in existence. Merlin #1 and Morgana Le Fey are the only other ones who would be on her level of power. There could be more I am unaware of. But so far that's it. Merlin the Boar's Sin of Greed is up there with most lesser Gods due to her powers and commands nearly every form of magic known to existence. Due to The Arcanium Magisterium. A Book filled with arcane knowledge and powerful Grimore. Currently one of the few books that detail all known and undiscovered spells to exist. It writes it’s own pages every time a spell, incantation or other arcane knowledge is found across time and space. Those without the mental aptitude will be utterly destroyed upon reading it, few who read its pages return to any semblance of sanity. Merlin #2 lost seventy years of her life trapped within her own mind due to the book; carelessly reading it will doom the reader. She's a powerful Sorceress so seventy years is a small price to pay when your 400+ years old. Aside from that Merlin wields artifacts too numerous to count some can help mankind and others will curse it, she watches over all of them to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands.

Santa Claus, Kris Kringle is a being known by many names long forgotten, nowadays not a single person on Earth is unaware of who this being is. What people don't know is that there's no workshop no toys and certainly no Elves. Thankfully for us he delivers something far more important, the Goodwill and Cheer necessary to ensure the stability of the world. Without him there'd be death and destruction on levels not seen since the last Crusades or World Wars. Even among those living in the supernatural world few of it's newest members are aware of this important fact. Santa isn't brought up in everyday chatter so most will continue to go on unaware. Good Old Saint Nick doesn't care however what is most important in life is the time he spends among happy people as he absorbs the excess Goodwill produced naturally by those with exceedingly high amounts of Goodwill. He's the man in the soup kitchen, the volunteer in the animal shelter or just the good Samaritan on the street. Remember where ever you go be generous and always smile.

Poseidon Energy. Founded in the 80s Poseidon Energy would become one of the main producers of laser based weapons and technology but their biggest accomplishments were the development of compact battery packs that powered these devices. Now they weren't the only ones to develop such technologies over the years and some perfected the concept forcing Poseidon to develop new technologies and thus continue the cycle but they've become well known for their reliable and powerful energy packs having multiple contracts with DOD and various Government departments. Currently Eva's Aunt Briley Patton is the current CEO and is in her early forties. But she's begun a number of projects to change the aim of development towards defensive capabilities using their energy technologies. Which has broadened the interest from a number of organizations some including STRIKE.

The Dashing Rouge. Among those who protect the Supernatural realm is the famous Dashing Rouge or Clayton Black, he is a thief in it for the profit and adventure, oh and the recovery of dangerous supernatural artifacts of course. Though he agonizes over the potential loss of valuables in a operation. His patron is the Roman Goddess Fortuna, whose main aspect is Luck. With her favor he can turn the tides of fate in any direction he so chooses. A mere coin can cause a chain of events of catastrophic and perplexing proportions halting any pursuit or attempts of capture. So far he has never been caught once in his grandiose career creating massive spectacles of his amazing heists broadcasted for all to see. He is no Villain, he has never killed nor is he a hero for he uses his powers for his own gain. Fortuna favors him however maybe it's due to his unique style or charisma or perhaps he himself is merely an aspect of her power created for the protection of the mystical realm. No one quite knows not even Clayton himself, although he does remember growing up through hard times. Whatever her reason The Dashing Rouge protects the supernatural realm in his own way.

The Cult of Le Fey. These worshipers of Morgana Le Fey have no actual connection to Morgana herself; they are outcasts from the mystical world, failures or radicals who were either flunked or expelled from honored institutions or Grand Masters who taught them the craft. Many have little formal training those that do can be quite formidable. These Hedge Witches, Mages and Wizards while powerful have no real organization between sister cults and often bumble into other cults active missions. Sampson will often use these cults to locate mystical artifacts, when a more delicate or professional touch is required he hires more reliable help. Morgana has little care for these cults, even if someone were to bring them to her attention she would ignore them altogether.

The Stone Gargoyles. Of all the stories regarding Gargoyles of them rising in the night to take to the skies protecting the magic realm some of it does some truth. Gargoyles created by man given life by mages and warlocks keep a watchful eye over their creators' possessions springing to life only in it's defense. They continually and without rest watch over vast amounts of city space never needing food, or even air to breathe. A Gargoyle can be given life from any form stone and metal are the most common types.

Victor Frankenstein, the Immoral Immortal Scientist. For years Victor had strived to uncover the secrets of the mystical realm mixing any bits he researched from second hand books and rumors with his own scientific knowledge. His hunger for knowledge all but consumed him destroying his ideals and twisting his mind. His wife watched him transform from a gentle scientist to a immoral monster whose only desire is the further of his own research. Adam the monster he stitched together from fresh corpses was one of his greatest creations, and had attempted to stop Victor from killing his own wife in the name of science to no avail. The allure of magic had poisoned his mind, Adam fleeing the angry mob who accused him of killing Victor and his wife since the Doctor left abruptly after killing his wife leaving Adam behind at the crime scene. Frankenstein. Or Adam Frankenstein sometimes refereed to as the Fallen Adam of creation. He was the first of his kind, Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley wrote a book about him after years of knowing the Frankenstein secret. Adam having fled the angry mob after they believed he was dead roamed until he discovered the Shelly family and had stayed for a time among them. Mary Shelly eventually wrote the tale of Frankenstein as a tragedy combining some aspects of the truth with fiction to both protect Adam and clear her chest. Adam would go on to re-create Victor's experiments and create a race of his own who would live in the Demi Human colonies scattered around the world. Some still hear rumors throughout the years that Victor Frankenstein lives and have set it upon themselves to seek him out for truth and justice. While Adam lived a longer life then any human could ever hope he did still die at the age of 187. Victor himself is no longer wholly human, having experimented on his body to both inject mystic forces into it and prolong his lifespan replacing organs as needed.

Mystical Assassins. In the realm of magic and monsters Assassins take on all forms, Elves to Dwarves, to Mages. What sets them apart from ordinary killers is the strict rules of their profession. Kill from the shadows, never initiate open conflict, remain undetected when at all possible, and kill swiftly and surely. While normal Human world Assassins are still effective Mystical Assassins have the edge in almost every way with access to far more sillsets they can utilize in their missions. Everything from guns to blades and cursed spells they are the jack of all trades and master of only stealth.

While most people know what shamans do, not many non-shaman magic users know how they do it, aside from vague knowledge of their 'contract'. But contract doesn't really do the process justice, for it's something... more. When a Shaman makes a bond, pact, or contract with a spirit, they accept a little bit of that entity's essence into their own soul, to bridge the gap from the Astral Plane or Veil to the real world, through them. Through the Shaman's power, each spirit gets to tag along on a ride in the real world, and can manifest themselves, if the Shaman isn't using their power. The process is just as much give as take on the part of the shaman, though. As they take a bit of the spirit's essence, the spirit receives a small portion of their soul, which connects a Shaman to the Astral Plane/Veil, allowing them to see auras, pierce deceptions, see through magic, be aware of ley lines and zones of magical abundance, etc. If enough contracts are made, the spirits the Shaman bond with can manifest fully, and the Shaman can take physical form on the Astral Plane, instead of simply projecting their essence there. However, while powerful, Shamanism comes at a steep price. Unlike Warlocks, (not male witches, the actual warlocks,) who pledge their soul to a single being for power, using that power to boost their magical abilities, Shamans cannot use arcane or eldritch magic ever again. Instead of being able to bend the world to their whims, like wizards, witches, warlocks, sorcerers, magicians and the like, they simply have to ask it nicely. Depending on the Shaman, they might not ask, rather, dominating the spirit with the force of their personality. - Athinar

Shaman communities tend to be small, close-knit groups of friends and family, within larger groups, such as a group of dancers at a particular club, a few friends, rocking out in a mosh pit, or maybe a group of laborers in a warehouse are actually people from several Shaman communities. Shaman culture isn't restricted to these stereotypes, but most shamans love being around other shamans, so most will know each other. There is a Shaman-run restaurant/bar/club, in the area between Little Sicily and Chinatown, and most of the patronage is shamanistic. Here, spirits freely manifest, and interact with other Shamans and spirits. In general, Shamans are very sociable, likable people, who prefer to use their abilities to help those around them. However, sometimes, there are those who would abuse their power, which brings us to our next section.

While it doesn't happen often, a Shaman will abuse his power, bending the spirits to his will. These cases are dealt with quickly, with almost every Shaman available and in the area going after the individual, subduing them before they either hurt someone, or reveal the Shamanistic Communities to the general public. Afterwards, the Shamans will call a council of the influential members from their respective communities, and decide what to do with the individual. While they prefer to try and rehabilitate the person, they will strip the criminal of their Shamanistic abilities, rendering them totally magically impotent, unable to use other forms of magic, due to their original contract with the spirit(s). If they are rehabilitated successfully, then they will be welcomed back into the community, despite their lack of magical ability. If not... the Shamans have ways of making people disappear, even if they don't like doing it.

While most Spirits are like one might expect, elemental in nature, some are more like the kami and youkai of Japanese myth, (which wasn't myth, there were spirits there.) Inhabiting objects, and places, these Spirits aren't as powerful, in most cases, but some can become exceedingly powerful. The exact requirements for a spirit to arise from an object are currently unknown, but most objects and places that such spirits inhabit generally are older, and have a lot of history, for example; -Alamo, the Spirit of the mission he is named after, Alamo is a melancholic spirit, who has perked up in recent years, after the site has gained caretakers. -Libera, the spirit of the Liberty Bell, Libera is a jingoistic, yet well-meaning spirit who does her best to help the caretakers of Independence Hall. -Burnie, an Apex brand toaster, this toaster has been in the Renore family for a while now. He tries to convince the Renores to bond with him, but they politely decline.
