Genetic enhancements: Radiation resistance: Cells take less damage from radiation, letting him take more radiation before getting poisoned by it.  He is still mutated by it, though, and can still be burned by it.

Personality:  Calculating and strategic, he prefers to look over a situation and plan everything.  This is a useful trait in an engineer, as it means they rarely make a mistake, but he doesn't react very quickly in combat.  He tries not to hurt others except in self defense or defense of others, and only considers you a friend once he thinks you will follow that ideal as well.  That said, he's willing to do a lot for money, just not hurt people.

Bio:  He was born as a part of Power faction and was trained as one of them, with his education mainly focusing on math and science.  Though as a young adult he repaired plenty of reactors, he decided that he wanted to see more of Mars and signed up as a salesman, taking Power faction goods to other cities to try to sell them.

He came to Party city with a load of small aneutronic reactors and power cells to try and open up a place for his faction in a city where they didn't have any market share, but shortly after meeting with a few vendors in the city he heard of a Space faction force nearby.  In order to protect his interests here, as well as the lives of his perspective customers, he decided to offer his services to Party city's security force.

Equipment:  Wristcomp, Low-caliber rail gun (single shot and full auto settings), Water faction nanotube mesh pressure suit, Modified Metal faction cargo hauler (pressurized vehicle with large cargo area, sometimes used for troop transport once seating has been installed.  It has a Power faction aneutronic reactor to recharge its power storage, which is made up of two banks of Power faction power cells supplemented by the standard hydrogen fuel cells it was built with.  Armor is standard titanium alloy plating, but it is unarmed.)
