Youre gonna have to nerf whatever powers to fit a tier 4 or 'Low-Powered' fight though, no ragdolling me with hurricanes. Or exploding me like a goddamn balloon. It has to be competitive. Otherwise I'll have to use a tier 5-6 character, which can get a little too DBZ for my tastes.
