[/quote] For biotics, I think it should kind of depend on what you're doing; the more of an impact you want to inflict on your opponents, the more energy it requires and the longer it takes to recover from. For example, using a biotic push to just knock someone off their feet would take less effort and you would recover faster than if you threw them across a room, and would have even more of an impact on you if you tried it on multiple people.
