Well.

Regeneration...I'm probably not going to allow that. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a Doctor on the crew. And it would be way too convenient during combat situations.

Quantum Fields..perhaps, but I'd need a clear explanation of what the character would be able or not be able to do.

Portals, not fully fond of the idea but it COULD work. They'd need to have a limited range and probably limited usage so portals cannot be spammed.

I'll discuss this with my Co-GMs. I may change my mind in the future with the replies I've given, but right now this is my current opinion.
