Black hair, pale skin (like most Uchiha), very tall compared to other girls her age and stays that way outfit tends to have a lavender/purple scheme with black trimmings, mildly androgynous and enjoys it

[b]Special Skills[/b]
Incredibly fast, even more so when she uses her family jutsu (will explain more later) and seems to have a natural presence that puts people at ease. Can readily use her charming nature to her advantage in a pinch.

[b]Personality[/b]
She grew up as a incredibly shy and quiet girl, keeping to herself and most of all avoiding the hell out of Sakura. Starts to grow confident as she goes on more missions and meets people outside the village. Said confidence shooting through the roof when she got a kiss from a girl in another village. Growing a bit of a swagger better fitting the Uchiha name, she's never arrogant...just confident. Still she never puts down those around her and is constantly looking to make those around her happy. Quick to leap to someone's assistance she puts herself secondary to everyone's needs. Due to all of this and her natural charm she makes friends easily no matter where she is. Can sometimes make stupid self-destructive mistakes without thinking things through.

[b]Past[/b]
Neglectful father and ill mother, Mizuki didn't have a happy childhood outside the times she spent with her two cousins, Itachi and Sasuke. Her father was downright abusive in a lot of cases towards her mother and basically ignored his daughter's existence. When Mizuki's mother died at age 6 and her father turned his abusive nature toward her. Eventually after four years she ran away, fortunately she ran right into the protective arms of Yuki and Mika, at the time just two women who lived together on the edge of the cillege....apparently Yuki was her aunt by blood on her mother's side. Yuki, in a attempt to draw Mizuki's mother away, lived close to look after things but couldn't get close to the compound in any way due to Mizuki's father's influence. 

From there she grew up as any other child would, she was barely fazed when Itachi killed every other Uchiha alive (aside from Sasuke and herself) because they didn't protect her or her mother. It didn't bother her. But that event also triggered the growth of a rift between herself and her cousin, due to their differing feelings on the matter. A rift grown even larger as Mizuki's feelings for Sakura grew. 

She was trained not as a Uchiha...but as a Katsuya, her mother's bloodline. And by the time she graduates, she's an Uchiha only in name, sheer talent, and mild mannerisms. She usually changes her name at some point in her life to her mother's maiden name, Katsuya.

[b]Clan[/b]
Aside from her obvious link to the Uchiha's, her 'true' clan is the Katsuya's. Not terribly large and no one quite knows where they're from, they specialize in transformation techniques. Changing their own body to take on the traits and form of animals. Claws, fangs, ears, heightened senses. They have one animal they shift to. Just one that they feel the strongest bond with. And the animal form they take is much larger than what would be normal. About three times the size, with much more power than the average animal as well.

Mizuki's specific animal is the wolf, she feels the most connection with creatures who put the pack above all else. As someone who craves a 'pack' of her own. People she can depend on and turn to have been few and far between.

The 'picking' of the animal is less a conscious decision and more due to a ritual done by two members of the Katsuya clan. Both the older and the younger use their chakra and a special kind of metal to create a totem from the metal in the shape of the animal that would truly be the younger's 'spirit'. The older focuses on the physical shaping, the younger pours their chakra in to give the metal a specific form.

There is little downside to the jutsus, and having traits of one's animal feels more 'like themselves' than as a 'normal human' so they often spend their time at home wandering with ears and tails hanging out freely. The biggest downside is extended use of the jutsu leaves them with constantly heightened senses, so loud noises and strong smells are extremely difficult on them.

Another downside is that it can take a severe toll on one's mental state. People can slowly start to believe they are animals. It takes a lot of work to keep one's humanity and depending on a case to case basis either the person is killed off, or they're set free to roam happily as a wild animal.
