Wasn't there like a big chaos vs lawfull conflict early in the RP? Because it would make sense that the lawfull ones who just want this universe to spin on would make some sort of place where they can unite.

Also, how about in the core of Galbar instead of some punny floating mountain? a hall surrounded by lava sounds much cooler.
