So, how detailed do you want me to get with the whole quantum fields thingy?

TDLR version would be able to manipulate how much or how little a field affects something. More complicated stuff would be basically theoretical quantum physics classes. xD

I'm not really interested much anymore though, considering you seem to be super intent on making everyone either A. braindead or B. super limited. 

Course TBH every RP has to make everyone braindead because its super easy to break anything with a bit of brainpower. xD

Only other thing I've been playing around with, but I don't know how long I'd wanna play it, is a plaguebringer. Could be a doctor no problem, but any doctor type character is inherantly OP since they HAVE to know anatomy, and well... its super super easy to kill things when you know exactly where to hit.
