[/quote] Yes, but the Vive has a passthrough camera, Bluetooth connectivity with your phone, two controllers, room scale, etc. I think that package should be $650 at most, but it's okay. My only opportunity for VR is the Vive, the Rift, or the DK2. I want consumer VR (and honestly believe the experience is worth $800). I was upset with Oculus because they touted affordable consumer VR and lied to us. HTC said the product would be premium and expensive. Though they were underhanded with announcing the delay, they made us expect a high price. And if I'm going to pay a lot for VR one way or another, I'd rather pay $800 now than I would pay $600 (plus $60 shipping) now, have to wait half a year at least for controllers, and then pay an unknown amount for those. I may actually end up paying more for the Rift plus Touch with shipping than I would for the Vive.
