I'm more upset TBH that everything is hinging on combat and pointing out its stupid to even bother trying to balance it as anyone can beat anything with a bit of brainpower. 

Hence why DnD has dicerolls and stats, math and luck at least gives a semblance of balance.

Also the toxin thing, anyone can do. One Piece is horribly regulated so all you need is a bit of cyinide and GG anything thats not Brook, Magellen, or a pacifista.
