Blitz wasn't the only one laughing. "Just so you know,... if it wasn't for us you and your hunting rifle wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes against those things. IF it wasn't for our assistance and giving you better weaponry. You would be useless. Also don't act like you know how to fight Xenomorphs. You don't... the moment you underestimate them and think you know them. That's when you die." Erika said. She was not about to let some damn country girl mouth off to her marine. Not when it was these marines that saved their fucking lives. That piece of shit car wouldn't have made it to the bridge and those things would have had them. Ungrateful bastards. She had to fight every urge from stopping the car and telling them to get the fuck out. See how long they survive then. "Me and Miles however,... we were specifically trained to combat them.... well so where the marines that Wayland Yutani sent a colony that reported it had a Xenomorph infestation. Mind you the colony had guns like the ones on top of this here jeep as well as other weapons. They were all cleaned out when these marines got there. The marines.... they only entered combat with the Xenomorphs for about ten minutes... maybe less and they got their asses handed to them because they walked into a damn ambush. Marines trained to fight Xenomorphs. Got their asses handed to them." She said. "When we ask you if you know how to use something. Yes or No is all is needed. You get attitude like that and you will have to answer to me." She added. She looked over at Hotaru who was a little surprised by the way Erika snapped. To Hotaru Erika seemed so nice to everyone, I suppose everyone has their breaking point. Elyana just knew which point to break. "Seeing as you two know how to fight Xenomorphs, you two can take first watch when we reach our new hide out." She added. Just as she ended her little rant she saw the building in question. It had no windows, only neon lighted signs. They pretty much advertised Wayland Yutani corporation's products. Switching images from Soda to cosmetics. Stuff that was only available to the public. She pulled up to the building pushing a civilian vehicle out of the way with ease. She swung open her door and didn't wait for anyone else. She moved right to the door. Hotaru swung open hers as well and rushed over to her. "I know your angry ,but perhaps when we secure ourselves inside. You can relax some. It would be better if your mind was focused on other things then what just happened." Hotaru advised. Erika looked over at her and smirked. She then placed a hand on the young girl's shoulder and then placed her hand on a reader at the door. It scanned her finger prints and the red light above the door went green. Erika then moved her hand to the handle and twisted it. She then pushed the door open. "This door is heavily locked on the other side. It would be very difficult for a Xenomorph to break through. Impossible? No.... But as long as their attention isn't brought to this location. We should be good for the moment." She explained and then headed inside. There were steps leading downwards and with each set lights would turn on leading the way. "Welcome back Erika, scanners indicate that a outbreak has occurred outside. I was expecting someone like you to use this facility once it began. Your a little late from my calculations." A voice rang out from the speakers within. It was female, but not human. It was a artificial intelligence. Erika shrugged. "Better late then never. As you can tell the city went to shit rather quickly." She said. She could tell from it's silence that it wasn't going to argue with her. Once she reached the bottom of the stairs there was a large hall way with doors. Each door was labeled for its exact purpose. Medical, Laundry, Commissary, Armory and beyond them were the rooms. These rooms were labeled 1-10 each one holding two beds to each one. She waited for the others to catch up to her location before she was going to telling how things were going to be. Guidelines to follow so they can survive this hell. Until then she looked to a optical eye camera on the wall. " Would you be so kind as to send word to my father,... I know he is pretty far away, but I think it would be good to let him know anyways... please." She said. "I will send one right away...." The A.I. responded. Erika nodded and returned her gaze towards the stairs. By now she could already hear footsteps. Jarvis looked to the girls. "You two know,... no one ever said you weren't capable. Erika said what she said because you set her off. Although I do agree with her. That Voltzwagon wouldn't have made it to the bridge as bad as you were pushing it. As for your weapons of choice.... I once more agree. If it wasn't for military intervene in your survival." He said pointing to their new rifles. "You would not have done as fair as you think you would. These Xenomorphs aren't no mountain lion or bear you hunt in the woods. They like to make ambushes... figure you out. Study you until they see weaknesses in your defense. Then they attack and in force. Just like the base." He said. He gestured to the bunker that they were pretty much about to enter. "Just like Erika said,... even this place. As safe as it is. A Xenomorph can still get in if it really wanted to. Again,... no one said you were not capable, with the right tools you are. However, some of these tools you likely never seen before. Plus we are city folk,... we don't know what you country people do. So when we ask you if you know how to use something. Don't bite our fucking heads off." He finished. He said his words a little calmer and nicer then Erika did. Afterwards he headed down. "Come on Blitz... don't need to help them. They obviously don't need it." Miles got out of his Jeep and looked forward hearing the conversation and rose a brow. What happened now?... He sighed and then moved forward and stopped at the door. He wanted to be the last to enter. That way he can close the door. The locking mechanism was a lot more complicated then a apartment. Much more.... built to keep things in or out. It did not take long before Yojiro and his crew came along. Yojiro stopping at Miles and once more placing a hand on his shoulder. "Thank you again,... If we didn't meet in that base. I don't think we would have survived that attack." He said. He then headed downwards. Taki right behind him and Ramiro followed. Taki only offered a smile which was the most she could do. While Ramiro... he simply just gave him a nod.
