AHhh.. you made me think for a long time on whether i should allow this or not.  I've decided that its such a good idea, i will allow ONE character to be created from extinct creatures.  However, the person who applies MUST provide a valid reason how their character received said anima.

I am going to have to regulate this idea very closely though.  I don't want any dinosaur that is too big, (imagine a Titanosaur, a fully grown man doesn't even reach their knee.)  I will add this to the rules.
