I'm willing to let him keep his control over gravity but get rid of some of his weapons. Either have the multi-weapon arm or the Divine Blade. Not both at once.

I'm pretty sure we're only allowed one Manifestation; though her Codex Imperium could easily just be moved into the Weapons section of her CS.
