As I said before, I'm leaving that up for KoL to decide when they get back. Seeing as everyone can only have one Manifestation (sub-powers related to the Manifestation are fine), I still say the Codex Imperium belongs in weapons. Since shape-shifting and the Codex Imperium are two different powers.
