Vanitas nods. "He'll be fine. He just needs some rest...but, I'm sorry, not all of us made it..." Vanitas says, not wanting to meet Madison's eyes. Instead, he simply nods toward me and Levy.

I clench my fists, trying to hold back my tears. "He'll be back...I know it..." I say, continuing to shake, slightly flinching at Levy's touch. I turn to look at her. "L-Levy?" The shock of seeing her causes my attempt to hold back my tears to fail, them streaming down my face. "Am I dead too...? What is this?" I ask, very bewildered and vulnerable.
