Basically he has a dream where his in a darkened room in a circle with the others but in too much of a haze to really recognize them.  The next day he goes to school where his powers are slowly kicking in.  At the end of the school day he is called to the principle's office.  Everyone's powers kick in pretty hard (Paul shrinks all the way down, Ms. Velmont the math teacher gets all melty etc etc).  The woman from the dream comes in and takes them in private secret limos to the Superhero Legion's hidden underground HQ downtown where she gives them the 411 on how they're taking over for the old team who retired suddenly.  She's left them at the base for the night to get a feel for the place and practice with their powers in the massive training room.  Telling them she'll be back tomorrow at noon.
