Nah, but really the only word I could find that fit what I was looking for was "dictator." "Dictator" seemed a dumb title, and Potentate has Latin origins. Prometheans strike me as our world's Rome (especially being named [i]Prometheans[/i], with Prometheus being the Greek mythological figure who brought fire to man). So... Potentate was the best word.
