Most of your CS is ok by me, however, he has a too diverse arsenal along with a multipurpose power and physical enhancements from being a cyborg. It makes your character lose focus and be considerably hard to deal with. I advise to cut some of the "fat" and make he a more streamlined guy like pretty much everyone else. THen, you can post him.

Well, your chracter is very simple and easy to evaluate, Yui. She's basically like the MC of Shaman King, so I don't see that as two characters for any purpose. The spirit can't act without her body and she is useless without him, so I find that balanced. Post them already.
