I"m not sure about Guy being the clinic accountant. Financial things would be between Olivia, and probably a accountant within the mafia since the financial things would be shady. Maybe she throws him a bone and hires him on as muscle in case there is trouble. We can play with that idea in the rp. : ) 

and I agree Olivia would know just about everyone, unless some characters are newcomers to the city.
